DriveNow

As Product Owner of the DriveNow Apps (iOS, Android) I was creating concepts and implement features together with a product manager, UI/UX designer and a developer team. Planning and managing app releases while working with the Scrum methodology, coordination and conducting 7 city launches on app side. Responsible for app relaunch during the whole digital relaunch (web, app, blog) in March 2017.

Bahn X App

As product owner I created the iOS and Android BahnX App with an international team in an agile environment. The app used the Deutsche Bahn WiFi on trains and train stations to provide travelers information based on their trip.

Setting up a user test with ca. 1.000 internal DB employees to test the first prototype of this app.
